Fiona Lambert is one of the UK’s most respected business leaders, with a remarkable career spanning over 30 years in the fashion industry. She has held senior roles at leading retailers including Next, Asda, Dunelm, River Island, and was most recently the Managing Director of Jaeger at M&S.

Fiona began her journey working alongside George Davies to launch George at Asda, the UK’s first supermarket fashion brand, in 1990. Since then, she has played a key role in shaping high street fashion, overseeing design, buying, sourcing, and quality for brands worn by millions. Her customer-first approach and focus on innovation also led to the successful launch of George Home and the reinvention of Jaeger.
